Americans have the firs turn.

US Turn 1 –
Sgt Tran blitz moved and then did a tactical move.
Lt Eastmanov followed behind.

AH-1 Cobras remained in place firing their TOWS at the Hinds. One Hind goes down while the other passes the Unit Test.

Russian Turn 1 –
All Russian tanks failed their Blitz move and then moved behind a hill since they were in no position to seize the Objective right away.

The remaining Hind goes after the Cobras and comes close to them. Eastmanov fires his .50 cal and misses, the Cobras fire their TOWs and missed. Sgt. Tran fires his .50 cal and down goes the Hind!

US Turn 2 –
Eastmanov and Tran could not move due to their AA fire from last turn. Tran’s platoon mate moved off to the side near a ruined hamlet.

Cobras decided to moved close to the objective and wait for the Russian tanks to come forward.

Russian Turn 2 –
All Russian tanks do the cross country dash to take cover behind the woods and hill while getting a little closer to the objective.

US Turn 3 –
Eastmanov and Tran‘s platoon succeeded in their Blitz move. Tran’s platoon mate seizes the objective.

The Cobras cannot fire on the Russians due to the time it takes to aim their TOW missiles.
Eastmanov fires and misses. Tran fires, scores a hit and knocks out the first T72 in the game!

Russian Turn 3 –
In a bold move, both the Russian commander and tank company succeeded in their Blitz move , then did the tactical which brought them to contest the objective. Russian tanks fires and Tran’s platoon mate brews up. The first American casualty! Tran, enraged at what happened, vowed to square things with the Russians.

The Russian commander fired his AA MG at the Cobra to no effect.

US Turn 4 –
Eastmanov and Tran succeeded in their Blitz move and were next to the objective contesting it. The Cobras fired and missed. Eastmanov fires at the T72 tanks and bailed out two while Tran destroys the third. The T72 tank company had to take a unit test needing a 3+ to keep going. The roll was a two as the Russian commander beat a hasty retreat to get away from the victorious US while trying to think what how he was going to explain this to the political officer Dottski.

Result: US victory no platoon losses. Russians lost the Hind unit and the T72 tank company.
