The Soviets continue to push through the Hof Gap. The US force now in its secondary defensive line, defending the FRG.

Turn 1:
The Soviets plan is to attack straight down the road and into the town in the center. T72 companies break left and right around the edges of the town. T72s fire probing shots into the nearby wood lines, to no effect. The BMP -Mech Company enters the town. AA coverage from the ZSU unit stops short of the town able to support all 3 maneuver elements.
US ITVs fire at and destroy one BMP. Soviet infantry scrabble out the backend dazed and confused. M1s fire of T72 units killing one T72 on the left side of town and one T72 on the right side of town.

Turn 2:
The Soviet Mech infantry now contest the objective in town and engage the ITVs with 73mm guns, 7.62 small arms fire and RPGs. Both ITVs burst into flames. The T72 Company along with the BN CDR engage the M1 tank platoon on the left side of town resulting in a destroyed M1 and a double bail, resulting in the Left side M1 PLT quitting the field. The right side T72s fire at the M1 platoon in the nearby woods, to no effect.
US VADs fire at Soviet Inf in buildings to no effect. M1s platoon + CO CDR fire at right side T72 unit killing one T72. Mech Inf fire from flank, on T72s with dragons, resulting in 2 destroyed T72s.
Turn 3: ZSUs park on left side objective, soviet infantry and BMPs fire on the VAD platoon destroying the VAD platoon. The left side T72 company plus BN CDR now engage the M1 PLT resulting on both M1s bailed. BMP2 recce engage M1 plt from rear causing double bail on both tanks resulting in M1 plat leaving the field.
US CDR calls game and we agree to roll another mission.
