Firestorm: Red Thunder

Okay there is not a lot to speak about...the most emberrassing defeat ever, i did not even shot almost.

We play recon in force and i brought only one BMP2 spearhead. Ivan brought as usually lots of his cheap cars. He used spearhead to chain up his deployment. On turn one he reached all objectives....cause of course, WG will always blitz and most likely roll it hehe.

Now i figured out in my first turn i cannot make it for objective. Only dash infantry team there.
But in his second turn he moved forward scout car and blocked me from dash - he did it not do it on purpose, we just found out when figuring if i can reach objective. The only chance for me was to shot his Marders. There was a tiny gap between buildgins where i could position a vehicle or two but i saw no point trying. My tanks just shot one Marder. Ivan got angered i did not try and forced me to reposition Silka, taking a shot at 6 and bailing vehicle. However he remounted and would win...after 30 minutes or more spent on deployment. So he a little cheated which he does not show in his report, in order to play (not enough time for second game) and switched destroyed Marder for this remounted one, rolling morale and failing.

Still , attempt to reach objective caught my infantry in the middle of his cars, surviving like 30 hits, but then he rolled 6 hits killing six stands and i failed morale.

I heavily underestimated value of BRDMs (on the way from shop already:) ).
