1st troop had just finished reported about hearing engines movement to their front when 3rd troop report contact 3B taking BMP 30mm and missiles fire! From the woods to the front, East of 3rd Troop!

“BMPs fire on 3rd Troop!”

“BREAK, BREAK, CONTACT, CONTACT company of T-72 advance between fording sight East of 2nd troop, 2D gone, either 2A or 2C answering! Out” MAJ Shaw knew this was bad, the vehicle reporting was 2B with the newest Vehicle commander in the regiment.

“Break, Break, CONTACT, CONTACT to West”
"2D gone, either 2A or 2C answering!

“2B withdraw to planned position point one, don’t return fire….Get out of there now!”
“Roger, correction last, a mixed company of T-72 and BMP’s with Infantry advancing, moving now out”. The young Corporals voice didn’t give away the terrible situation he was in!
1st troop reported no activates at its location, 4th Troop position covered the battlefield in the direction of the bridges and had seen the flashes across the river and requested permission to engage! Shaw response was short and quick “ENGAGE, ENGAGE their not our people firing!”

“ENGAGE, ENGAGE their not our people firing!” 4th Troops shoots and scoots
There's be Chieftains here!

“2A and 2C are up and to Point one now, out” That’s good news Shaw thought!

“we are not retreating were just advancing in the opposite direction” 2A and 2C heading west to position 1

Then the news got bad! The 1st Troop was reported an enemy force of T-72 across the brook in Company Strength when he saw and heard the explosion. “1A is gone! 1st Troop is advancing on the enemy!” “ Sergeant, what the hell are you doing!” “Drawing there firing Sir, break, shoot Straight Greys!” The Greys responds was immediate, “On the Way”, three T-72 blew up instantly in front of 1st Troop!

“That would be Four, I say Again FOUR T-72!"
3rd Troop not in a good way “T-72 to my front, BMP’s my Side!”

The 3rd Troop reports, “T-72 disengage and heading northeast toward 4th troop across the face of the village”. The Troopers of 5th troop began to engaged the BMPs to their front

“T-72 Redirecting to the North”
T-72 “Infantry no worries!” BMPs "Not again!"

4th Troop fire to the South was blocked by the Village and couldn’t engage the T-72 coming from the South! They were realigning the North East to Target the T-72 along with the chieftains of 7th Troop when 7C moved across their front to engage the southern T-72 and BMPs alone!

“4th and 7th Troops engage T-72 to the North” 1st Troop 1C and 1D move behind woods, 1A remain inactive and 1D is gone!
“Share the wealth! My go!”
“Advancing to their Death!”
"Didn't your drill sergeant tell you not to hind behind a burning tank at night?"

In the north, the Russian force was burning or in retreat, when 4D exploded! The round not from a retreat Tank, but a missile from a BMP to the West

“The Death of 4D”

7C in his Chieftain “Courage’s” advance onto the RECON BMPS and destroyed two in quick time! Then engaged the oncoming T-72 from the South and destroyed them!

Courage’s advances!
With a little help from the lads of the 5th Troop!
“What the BMPs saw!”

As his T-72s Exploded, the other two went up from multiple hits by 4th and 7th Troop! Not to be lift out and to take revenge for 2A, 2nd Troop engages and destroyed the remaining BMP’s

“All for one and one for all!”
“Don’t forget the 5th Troop “ Top right corner
Its all over!

Major Shaw was on the net reporting to the Battle Group Commander that the Russian were in retreat! They had no units across the brook or in the immediate area when the Squadron Sergeant Major caught the Shaw’s attention and handed him a piece of paper. “a Russian tank battalion coming our way” Shaw looked up and the Sergeant Major said “Grand Mother sister lives two villages to the east, about ten kilometers away, Her sister just called her five minutes ago and said that the Russian wasn't even stopping in her village, they just moved East in a big hurry!” Major Shaw then updated the Battle Group Commander who questioned the source? The reply saw simple “Sir, she Jewish and has already lived thru one Russian occupation already!” “Major Shaw then it’s time move behind the Death or Glory Boys and hand off the battle to them. and don’t forget to bring you're our new Intel officers! In the days to come, she will be very useful”
