East German forces the Provenances of Schwerin, Rostock, Mecklenburg and Potsdam declare cease fire! They will allow NO USSR and NATO forces to entire or attack from their territory! USSR forces are to withdrawal to Russia or lay down their arms immediately. East German forces in NATO territory are to withdrawal to East Germany and are not to engage in hostilities against NATO forces. Any attempt by forces of the USSR to stop East German force is to be considered hostile action. Deadly force is authorized
