Armoured clash sees US desperately grind away VolksArmee horde

This match saw the first outing for J's T-55 force (some of which were proxied by IS-3s while on order) so we decided to have a straight up brawl in Free-For-All while he gets a feel for things. I used this match as a trial for a few new units myself, namely the new M113/ITV scout unit, and a pair of Cobras. The board used is near the storefront window, and so is a favorite of the store cat as you may note in the pics.
The first 2 turns saw surprisingly accurate shooting on the Abram's part, tearing through the majority of both T-55 units and choking the center with wreckage. A lucky shot from the ITV took out a shilka hiding in some woods, but the other stuck around and would knock out a cobra, causing the other to break away after wrecking a Spandrel and bailing another, with the unit sticking. My 4 VADS were broken after 2 turns of taking fire while trying to maneuver into a better position to give protection for 2 Hinds that were roaming the board waiting to drop off a small unit of infantry. The unit of Abrams on they're own on the fair right flank didnt really need the help though, taking out a Hind with their .50's, with the other heli sticking around but missing with return fire.
The new Scout unit allowed the short Mech platoon to deploy forward in a small stand of trees, where they would prove a nuisance all game with their Dragons, and even taking out the enemy commander turn 3 with lucky shooting. The infantry's M113's meanwhile swung up the far left road to try and harass for the back left objective, clashing back and forth with his Scout BMP-1s. Later support from the left M1 unit + HQ saw that objective being taken Turn4 after the M113's weathered some heavy fire and stuck fast.
Overall a very great match with a 4:3 Win for NATO

Nice report and what most are saying…type the army list in Microsoft Word, save. Then go to “save as” and select .pdf and save it. There you have it.

To get the PDF’s Publish the mission (Public) and you will see near the bottom a box, just slide the file there and click update. Similar to placing a single photo.

@Fingolfen sorry I actually forgot to mention, but he had a company of 9 T-72M’s in his center that gradually swung to the left over a few turns.
Thanks for the feedback! I’m still trying to get in the habit of taking more pictures pre,post, and mid game, the more reports I do the better I should get at it. As for the lists, I wanted to submit them but apparently they have to be in .pdf, and I can’t find a way to save them like that, aside for Forces, which doesn’t have TY lists. I’ll grab my list and add it as text, but it’d be nice to get that xp.

A very good read, and easy to understand. The army lists would be a good thing to add in, and perhaps a picture of the board prior to set up?
